Abstract
A main objective of this research study is to investigatecharacteristic and implication of stockout for reel standthat may impact to an exemplary company in Thailand.By considering causes and effects of the problem, thisresearch used Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, andReplenishment to solve such problem by means of sharinginformation, supply chain management implementation,and well coordination. This concept leads to costreduction, efficient and effective inventory management,along with low ordering cost, economics order quantity,and low product cost caused by over time cost in longerlead time of raw materials to meet customer requirement.It may enhance work efficiency and develop goodrelationship with suppliers in a long term, thereby gainingbusiness competitive advantage. By gaining the businesscompetition would increase sale volume, regain customerloyalty, and lead to increasing customer satisfaction level.Therefore, several entrepreneurs have concentrated onproduction by enhancing its efficiency that may beinstrumental to increasing customer requirement.
