Abstract
This article presents the analysis of the waste heat to theatmosphere of a small gasoline engine using the electrical methodology. To analysis by simulating the heat source and exhaust into the electrothermalmodel. It consist the heat flow supply, thermal resistance andbeat storage. These clements determine of the experiment and calculation:in case start - stop the engine and record the intake temperature whichsimilar to the circuit analysis. From test the 5.5 hp gasohne engine andcalculation, the results showed that the intake resistance is 0.118 Kelvinper watt and the heat storage is 2.7 kW per Kelvin. When the pumpingwith a now rate of 1000 liters per minute, the exhaust resistance is 0.046Kelvin per watt and the heat of exhaust, the heat of intake and the wasteheat are 7.13, 2.78 and 9.94 kW, respectively. The engine is 31 percentefficiency which the emission standards for small gasoline engines.
