Abstract
This paper presents the information technology systemimprovement for the computer network of retail businessby using the open shortest path first (OSPF) protocolapplication. Case study of the CRC Company Limited isconsidered because the computer network is complicatedthat result to high administration and maintenance cost.The project implementation invests 1,384,000 baths thatconsist of 626,000 baths of installation cost and 758,000baths of equipments cost. The results of implementationare shown that the management cost is decreased 1,703,412 bahts/year or 11%. The network system isstandard and easy to management and maintenance.
