Abstract
Thai logistics system can easily connect to the neighborcountries and others in the Southeast Asian region.Logistics system could be easily connected to efficienttransportation through several infrastructures, such asmotorway, waterway, or airway. According to the abovereasons, many local and international real estate firmshave invested in building “Serviced Apartment” inThailand to supply foreigner’s demand. About 90% of theforeigners have come to Thailand in order to launch theirbusinesses or find out the employment in short-run orlong-run conditions. Serviced Apartments business stillhas many risk factors, which can affect the capacity ofentrepreneurs. One of the reasons is that if the economygradually declines, it will directly affect to foreigners whointerest to invest in Thailand. The objectives of the studyare as follows: (1) To develop logistics cost model inservice, (2) To develop logistics performancemeasurement in service and (3) The case study ofOakwood service apartment in Bangkok.
