Abstract: This paper deals with an innovative approach for mobilephone compliant analysis for the mobile requirements byusing a one of general Six-sigma tools. The set of testcases is a practical tool for evaluation of mobile phonequality for both carriers and vendors. The alternativeapplication of Quality Function Deployment is applied forrevealing the relationship between test cases andrequirements of a mobile phone. Tractable results areobtained by using a linear algebra and matrix calculus thatenable us to determine the optimized set of test cases thata mobile phone is fully evaluated according to the mobilerequirements.
