Abstract
A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to determine how community leaders affected the strength of community herbal product producers. A structured questionnaire was sent by post to the community herbal product leaders to collect data. Results showed that leadership practices were statistically significant in association with the strength of community herbal product producers regarding administration, production, and marketing. The findings of this study suggest that activities or projects designed to develop the administrative, production and marketing skills of leaders of communities producing herbal products should be provided by the Thai government or related organizations in order to strengthen producers of community herbal products and create a sustainable industry.
