Abstract
The main objectives of this study are to investigate socio-economic factors influencing tap water demand of a residential group and forecast tap water demand in petchburi province in the next seven years, including a study on tap water usage behaviors of households in Petchburi and a survey on tap water users' satisfaction of the water supply service provided by Petchburi Waterworks Office. The consequences of the study will be used as a guildeline to forecast tap water demand and improve water supply service in Petchburi to achieve the higher level of satisfaction among the water users there.
