Abstract
This research focuses on examining tourist loyalty on the basis of the investigated variables in the recent literature on the tourism sector. The empirical results of this study identify factors affecting tourist loyalty, which include both direct and indirect corporate social responsibility, destination image, perceived value, tourist satisfaction, and tourist complaints on tourist loyalty.
