Abstract
Integration of Corporate Social Responsibility by a business organization providesa critical case study, such as for example the Toyota Motor (Thailand) Company,Limited. The company’s objectives are to practice activities that demonstrate aresponsibility towards the community using the Value Chain concept. The studyincludes the provision and management of factors affecting production procedures, allof which should be eco-friendly and meet the ISO 14001standard. The research alsoputs a strong emphasis on examining waste control management in the light of theeffective use of energy. Human Resources Management focuses on a friendly workingatmosphere, the development of environmental technology and sales and marketingcommunication strategies. This study also presents the decision making process whenconsidering the purchase of an energy-saving vehicle. Finally, the research covers theimportance of after sales service provided for the customers through sales agents, thecompanies which are supervised by Toyota, and including parts providers. All aredeemed to be businesses playing important roles throughout the country, and to beheld responsible for the society and environment.
