Abstract
The purpose of this research was to find the administrator style affecting theorganizational excellence of electric, electronics and part component industries. A totalof 165 companies were sampled in a quantitative research and the data examined bymultiple regression analysis. Nineteen electric and electronics assembly workers wereinterviewed for their opinions to provide corroborative data by the inductive method.The research findings were, 1) a significant and successful higher level of administrativeorganization excellence was found to be practiced, 2) a transformational, serviceoriented, stewardship and transactional administrator style was found practiced ata high level, 3) transactional administrator style alone was found to affect theadministrative excellence with the statistical difference at a level of .01 of significance,and 4) reflective opinion-setting models such as FIRM business model andPROGRESS model were found to be successful.
