จากสภาวะเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบัน ส่งผลให้องค์กรต่างๆ ต้องเผชิญกับการแข่งขัน ซึ่งองค์กรใดที่สามารถสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องของเวลา ที่สามารถตอบวนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้เร็วกว่า หรือ มีต้นทุนที่ต่ำที่สุดก็จะเป็นผู้ได้เปรียบในธุรกิจนั้น
