Abstract
The study of TV viewers’ perception and response toward the symbols used toprescribe the age-appropriateness of TV programs found that TV viewers perceivedthe symbols used to prescribe general programs most, the less perceived werespecific programs, and programs for ages 3+ as well. Regarding response toward thesymbols, more than 50% of TV viewers never paid any attention to them.
