Abstract
การศึกษาเรื่อง “ความเป็นไปได้ที่จะทำ Private Cloud Computing ในส่วน CRM ใช้ในธนาคารเอกชน ย่านรัชโยธิน” ปัจจุบันธนาคารเป็นความคิดว่าจะเปลี่ยนสาขาเป็น Financial จึงมีแนวคิดที่จะหาเครื่องมือมาช่วยให้ Sale ขายผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ง่ายและสะดวกตรงตามควมต้องการของลูกค้า และได้ทำสัญญากับ Salesforce เข้ามาเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยให้พนักงานสาขาสามารถนำเสนอขายกับลูกค้าได้แต่การนำ Salesforce เข้ามามีรายจ่ายที่สูงและใช้งานไม่ครบทุก Function มีค่าใช้จ่ายสูงและข้อมูลลูกค้าบางส่วนถูกนำไปเก็บไว้ที่ Server ของ Salesforce ซึ่งขัดกับจรรยาบรรณของธนาคารที่จะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลลูกค้าให้ผู้อื่นทราบ และนำมาสู่งานที่ซ้าซ้อน จึงเป็นที่มาของการศึกษาถึงวิธีการทำ Private Cloud Computing ในส่วน CRM ขึ้นเพื่อแทนการใช้ Salesforce ที่มีข้อจำกัดในธุรกิจของธนาคาร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของสาขาและการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลลูกค้า รวมถึงการลดค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนที่ไม่จำเป็น โดยการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร พนักงานสาขา รวมถึงบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อระบบ Salesforce เพื่อออกแบบ Private Cloud Computing ในส่วน CRM
