Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to study internal and external factors influencing loan interest rate of Thai Commercial Banks. It emphasizes on the time before and after financial liberalization policy. The Sebastian Edwards and Mohsin S.Khan's financial model is used. This model is based on the theory that set the form of Thai financial system as semi-open economy which interest rate is determined by both internal variables and external variables.
