การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมทางทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย 2. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมทางทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย และ 3. ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมทางทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ได้กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการใช้งานโปรแกรมการประกันคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมทางทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยโดยตรง หรือเป็นผู้ที่มีหน้าที่ลงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรของหน่วยลงโปรแกรมโดยตรง ซึ่งมีจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 81 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม และนำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมทางสถิติ เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนของผู้บังคับบัญชา ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของระบบ และปัจจัยด้านประโยชน์ต่อผู้ใช้งาน ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการใช้งานโปรแกรมการประกันคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมทางทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 นอกจากนี้ผลการศึกษาทำให้เกิดแนวทางการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการประกันคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมทางทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

The purpose of this research was 1. Study the factors affecting the success of information technology system to administration the military quality assurance of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters 2. Study the relationship between commander’s support, system quality and user benefits affecting the success of information technology system to administration the military quality assurance of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters and 3. Study guidelines to develop the use of military quality assurance program of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters in the future. The research study has determined the sample group from staff and officer who have worked and responsibility for military quality assurance a total of 81 people. By the tools used in this research is a questionnaire and analyze the data by using statistical program to find the percentage, average, standard deviation and Correlation coefficient. The study found that 1. Factors commander’s support, system quality and user benefits had an effect on information technology system to administration the military quality assurance of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters with statistical significance at 0.01 level in addition, the study results improving the use of military quality assurance program of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters.
