Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the knowledge management outcomes atbank branch level. Knowledge management outcomes are also known as theorganizational performance resulting from knowledge management efforts. In addition,there are four other major factors affecting knowledge management: informationtechnology support, social networking, internal communications and teamworking. Theresearch findings showed that knowledge management outcomes were positivelyinfluenced by these four factors. In addition, internal communication and socialnetworking indicated the highest influence on knowledge management outcomes.
