This study has shown that most foreign tourists responding to the questionnaire werefemale, single, aged between 26-35 years, with an undergraduate education, workingwith private companies, an monthly income equal to or lower than US$500 andresident in Europe. The foreign tourists have opinions regarding tourism developmentand management by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration with respect to touristspots, hotels, restaurants, transportation, facilities and event management at a goodlevel. Moreover, the foreign tourists are quite satisfied with tourism development andmanagement by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. In addition, a test ofhypotheses provides the following conclusions: 1. Foreign tourists of different ages, educational level, monthly income, and residencehave expressed different opinions on tourism development and management bythe Bangkok Metropolitan Administration of tourist spots, transportation andactivities, with the statistical significance at 0.05 level.2. Foreign tourists of different gender, education level, profession, monthly income andmarital status have expressed their overall satisfaction with tourism developmentand management by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration differently witha statistical significance at 0.05 level.3. Opinions regarding development and management of tourist spots, hotels,restaurants, transportation, facilities, and arranging activities are related to overallsatisfaction with the tourism development and management by the BangkokMetropolitan Administration with a statistical significance at 0.05 level.
