จากความเจริญก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีที่มีการพัฒนานำอินเตอร์เน็ตมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน จากการพัฒนาดังกล่าวนำมาซึ่งการนำไปใช้ในทางที่หลากหลาย ไม่เว้นแม้แต่การค้าประเวณี หรือการค้าบริการทางเพศที่มีการนำระบบดังกล่าวมาใช้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเว็บลามกอนาจาร การใช้แอปพลิเคชันต่าง ๆ รวมถึงสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เช่น ทวิตเตอร์ในการแสดงทางเพศโดยมีการเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ รูปภาพ ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และการเผยแพร่แบบออนไลน์ ในรูปแบบไลฟ์สด ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดธุรกิจและเป็นการสร้างรายได้ให้แก่เจ้าของบัญชี โดยในปัจจุบันประเทศไทยยังถือว่าการค้าประเวณี หรือการค้าบริการทางเพศ เป็นอาชีพที่ผิดกฎหมาย เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกฎหมายของต่างประเทศ พบว่า ในสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ และสวีเดน ต่างมีการออกกฎหมายเฉพาะสำหรับคุ้มครองผู้ค้าประเวณี โดยการขายบริการทางเพศไม่ถือว่าเป็นสิ่งผิดกฎหมาย ทำให้ประชาชนสามารถประกอบอาชีพดังกล่าวได้อย่างสุจริต ได้รับการคุ้มครองตามสิทธิและเสรีภาพของประชาชน รวมทั้งให้อาชีพเหล่านี้สามารถเสียภาษีให้แก่รัฐได้ตามกฎหมาย เห็นควรประเทศไทยให้มีการกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ในการประกอบอาชีพดังกล่าวเพื่อให้มีกฎหมายรองรับ ป้องกันการถูกเอาเปรียบ มีสิทธิได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย สามารถประกอบอาชีพที่สุจริต ได้รับการคุ้มครองแรงงาน สิทธิรักษาพยาบาล หรือสวัสดิการทางสังคมเช่นเดียวกับการประกอบอาชีพอื่นโดยทั่วไป

Therefore, Thailand should establish rule for such professions be lawful, prevent take advantage and rights protection legal. To engage in this kind of honest livelihood, labour protection, protection patient rights in healthcare and social welfare alike any other occupation
