Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate existing literature and theory in order to initially construct a conceptual framework of the influential behaviors by individuals, groups, and organizations toward job performance based on the concept of organizational behavior. The results of the literature review revealed that transformational leadership, organizational justice, work engagement and public service motivation have direct effects on task and contextual performance.
