Abstract
This article aims to describe how the volunteer spirit activities as part of the Development of the Young Leaders Project organized by the Mirror Foundation and Siam Commercial Foundation can help the young people taking part in the project discover themselves in the following aspects. First, they would learn that they have better opportunity than other people, particularly the sick or disadvantaged persons. Secondly, they would discover their own competence. Thirdly, they would discover their true value and significance. Finally, they would find the virtues in themselves. Consequently, these will lead to their self-esteem and stimulate the young people to develop themselves regarding emotion, society, personality, intelligence, and morality.
