dc.description.abstractIn this study, a single machine scheduling model was developed that incorporated delivery vehicle routing decisions which serves two customer areas. The objective is to minimize the mean arrival time. The problem is NP-hard in the strong sense in general. The integer programming model was developed to optimally solve this problem. Also, computational results of the illustrative example are reported using the integer programming model to solve the proposed problem.
