Factors considered in the designatedmodels are material preparation for outsourcing firms,technological transition, quality, lead time, and theirinteractions. Taking capacity planning and productrequirements into account with multi-stage planning interms of connecting make/outsourcing firms as modelformulation basis, this work consist of variouscomponents such as cost, quality, and effectiveness inform of decision alternatives to construct model criteria.Related cost components at establishing supply chainsystems with assemble to order production pattern such asmaterial preparation for outsourcing firms,make/outsourcing decisions, quality, and operationslimitations are mathematically formulated as variousoptions in the model according to the facts of costbehavior.
