Abstract: The study and strategic formulation for efficiencyimprovement in the production line, a case study ofmosquito net manufacturer, is the study of the lack of efficiency in the operation methods of productiondepartment. The objectives are to study the causes ofthe problem and analysis of the model for strategicplanning to improve the operation efficiencyincluding standard system for operation performanceevaluation and control. The authors propose theutilization of key performance index system in orderto define key success factors of the organization andthe operation method to achieve the goal of indexes. The authors also implement the proposed methods. The implementation results shows that the proposedmethod can save the organization’s costapproximately 42,151 baths/month by using theinvestment cost about 25,500 bahts.
