Abstract: The technology environment is at the core of radical changes in the lives of humans.The development of technology affects not only businesses in many ways, whether forgood or bad, but also society. In addition, the development of technology may resultin sudden and unexpected damage to production and the service industry. Therefore,the organization leader must have vision and leadership in order to merge the five keyfactors that build capabilities. The five key factors are management of technology,customer strategy, process and infrastructure, measure and performance, andpeople. Organizations that merge the five key factors properly have the capabilitiesand innovation to increase the organizationûs value. Customers are willing to pay forinnovation that satisfies their needs and builds psychological value.
