Abstract: The objectives of this Participatory Action Research are to create competency-based unit learning packages and to evaluate their relevance with the curriculum standards of Vocational Education by experts. Purposive samplings of this Participatory Action Research (PAR) are teachers responsible for fundamental professional courses. The results from experts indicate that the competency-based unit learning packages are relevant to the course standards and appropriately match the college's context.
