Abstract: The achievement of the internet TV service providers can be determined by the popularity. If they want to succeed, they must understand the real needs of the internet TV audiences by survey research in expectancy and gratication of usage. This articles shows the results of the survey research found that the average Gratification Sought (GS), 3.71 was more than the average Gratification Obtained (GO), 3.57 were equal to 0.14. The difference was only slight. The range of the two values based on the scoring scale and the level of the GS and the GO had remained more level. Determine that the two values were equal level. This shows that the audiences were gratified to internet TV in more level. And the rate of interesting and gratification of internet TV users will be growth.
