Abstract
The purposes of this qualitative research aimed to 1) study the potential of community enterprise management of Kajood product center at Ban Bang Noi,ThaSamedsubdistrict, Chaad district, Nakronsri-thammarat province and 2) participate in specifying goals and providing suggestions. Subjects included fifty-six members of the Kajood product center, and they consistedof three advisors of the group, one chairman, and fifty-two members. An interview and focus group were employed to collect data. Research data were analyzed by content analysis. The results show that to increase the efficiency of community enterprise management of Kajood product center, Ban Bang Noi, in Samed Subdistrict, Cha-Uad district, Nakronsri-thammarat province, community enterprise management must comprise 3 elements: SWOT analysis, specifying goals, and management of the community enterprise.
